About Me

My name is Valerie but when in Italy, I get to enjoy my alter-ego Valeria! I live in the United States but my father's family is from Salerno, Italy. My hope is to gain Italian citizenship over time.  When I am in Italy, I feel like I am home. My goal is to live in Italy for several months out of the year. I am learning to speak Italian so I will share with you the trials and tribulations of trying to learn a foreign language!  I love to cook and I love to eat Italian food, so I will share with you my favorite Italian recipes.  Explore my travels to Italy and learn the culture of this most beautiful and magical country!
